| Effectiveness | Wide dynamic treatment of skin base cell cancer where other treatments, such as surgery except melanoma, are inappropriate. |
| Dosage | The optimal treatment capacity is 1.0-1.2 mg/kg and irradiates a wavelength of 662 ± 3 nm, 200 or 300 J/cm2. (In the case of stage T1-2N0M0 skin base cell cancer patients, a dose of 0.5-0.6 mg/kg is examined for 300 J/cm2 of light after drug administration.) This drug was injected over a period of 30 minutes with a spot injection.The 662 ± 3 nm light irradiation shall begin three hours after the injection of the drug. * Preparation of an intravenous solution: Dilute it to 200mL using the following solution.Do not use intravenous infusion solutions containing acidic drugs (e.g., ascorbic acid). -0.9 percent sodium chloride, 5% dextrose, 10% dextrose, 10% mannitol, ringer liquid, 4% potassium chloride, 8% potassium chloride |
